Routine servicing and maintenance is included as standard in your DriveSimple subscription. Here's everything you need to know.
What's covered?
First things first, let’s be clear what’s covered by your subscription cost. Your DriveSimple subscription includes the following services:
Routine servicing & maintenance
MOT
Wear-and-tear (brake pads, discs, wipers, bulbs etc.)
Tyres worn through normal use

What isn't covered?
However, the following services are NOT covered, and would therefore be chargeable to you:
Punctures and any other tyre damage
Breakdown cover
Damage from misuse, neglect, or accidents
Anything not on the manufacturer's schedule
What Are Your Service Options?
The first question to consider is whether you prefer an independent or franchise garage. Each has its own advantages, and we support both.
Independents
Fine for routine work, like servicing, MOTs, brakes, tyres, and anything obviously mechanical.

Franchise
Better for electrical faults, complex diagnostics, or anything unusual, as they have the manufacturer diagnostic kit and model-specific knowledge.

Get Booked In
We work with two booking partners to make servicing straightforward. You can either drop your van at a garage through Visn, or have a mechanic come to you with Dropless.

Book A Garage Visit With Visn
Visn gives you access to a UK-wide booking network of thousands of independent garages, franchise garages, and mobile mechanics.
Just enter your vehicle details, the work required, and your postcode, and Visn will show you available garages, based on your location.
Once you've dropped the van in, the garage will contact us directly to authorise the work - you don't need to do anything else.
Quick tip: if you're after a fast booking, avoid ticking Courtesy Car or Collection and Delivery, as these usually mean a longer wait.

Book A Mobile Mechanic With Dropless
If you'd rather not drop the van off, Dropless can come to you.
They currently cover much of the south-east and are expanding. Dropless can handle servicing, diagnostics, brake pads and discs.
